Ilioupolis during your visits to and use of the services and websites it owns. E.O.S. Ilioupolis is the owner, creator and rights holder of all its pages and services, and is the Data Controller for any data you choose to declare.
b. This Policy does not, in any case, cover the legal relationship between visitors/users of these pages and any other services that are not under the control, management or ownership of E.O.S. Ilioupolis.

Privacy guarantee
a. Simply browsing the E.O.S. Ilioupolis pages collects no personal data.
b. E.O.S. Ilioupolis uses your personal data exclusively to inform and support you during the operation of our services, fulfil your requests, and inform you about new services.
c. The term "personal data" in this text means information such as your name, profession, e-mail address (and optionally your postal address) which can be used to identify you. E.O.S. Ilioupolis will not process your personal data without your consent. We do not, in the context of our services and content, process personal data of non-athletes and we never process sensitive personal data. However, we reserve the right, in exceptional cases, to process data to the extent permitted or required by law and/or by court orders.
d. The above information may be requested for inclusion in our newsletter mailing list.
e. When you submit a registration form, your IP address is also collected and a cookie is sent to your device.

What we collect
E.O.S. Ilioupolis primarily collects information you have provided to us (as required by law), such as:

- Contact details: postal address, e-mail, landline and mobile numbers.
- ID-card or passport details, nationality.
- User account login credentials for our online applications.

We also keep records of correspondence and other communications between us, including e-mail, in-person, instant messaging and social-media communications.
