Savoir vivre of ascents!

In mountaineering groups, like in all groups, there are certain written and unwritten rules to ensure everything progresses smoothly, as much as possible. These rules ensure not only safety but also the limitation of any hardship the group may suffer when there is no cohesion.

We would like to remind you therefore:

  1. The leader of the expedition is the only person responsible for all matters.
  2. No one is allowed to rush ahead or move in front of the leader, thus creating a problem with the pace that he wants to set for the group.
  3. During the journey, the various sections of the group that inevitably form must have visual contact with each other at all times.
  4. When the leader announces a stop, everyone is obliged to stop until the group gathers together, and start only when he gives the signal.
  5. No one and for no reason moves away or separates from the group without first informing the leader and obtaining his permission.
  6. In case a decision is needed for something urgent or for a change in the program, the leader has the final say.

In your hands / ours is to enjoy each time what our mountains offer us!
